Welcome to Smart Way! By accessing or using our GCE exam preparation application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Services. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Use of Service

When creating an account with Smart Way, you agree to:

Past examination papers are provided for educational purposes only and remain the property of their respective examination boards.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
Upload viruses or malicious code
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Use automated systems to access the service without permission

Service Availability

You may also terminate your account at any time through the app settings.
